The first time I read one of her posts, I cried.  She has taken in so many children in Uganda.  Reading her story and keeping up on her posts, you would think that she was an experienced woman that has lived her life and is now giving back.  I cried harder when I read that she just turned 21 years old.  Please go read her story.  It will change your life.
